Product overview

A complete composite platform for industrial cable routing.

FRP Cable Tray and Cable Ladder systems are designed for corrosive, electrical and demanding industrial environments. The lightweight composite construction helps simplify transport and installation while providing long-term resistance to moisture, chemicals and weather exposure.

The system includes straight sections, horizontal and vertical fittings, reducers, covers, support components and accessories for a complete cable route.

Key performance characteristics

Performance designed into every profile.

Material selection, continuous fiberglass reinforcement and controlled fabrication create a durable cable support system for long-term service.

Strength & Durability

A bonded and mechanical construction makes this one of the toughest ladders and most durable ladders in the business.

Electrical Insulation

Features a dielectric strength of 200 VPM (ASTM D149)

High Corrosion Resistance

Superior resistance to chemicals compared to steel, aluminum, or stainless steel.

Fire Retardant

Fire retardant resin systems are self extinguishing and result in a class 1 fire rating, per ASTM E84

UV Resistant

Enhanced with UV Veil for long-term durability in outdoor applications.

Light Weight

Fiberglass is very light weight and has a superior strength to weight ratio compared to other materials.

From Material To Installation

Controlled manufacturing from fiber to final release.

Every straight section moves through a controlled sequence of material preparation, profile forming, fabrication, assembly, inspection and final release.

Chemical Resistance (Examples)

FRP products exhibit excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals.

Core cable-routing products

Straight Cable Tray, Cable Ladder and Cover

Three core product types support different cable-routing, ventilation and protection requirements.

Route-change components

Horizontal and Vertical Fittings

Fittings create controlled cable-route changes while maintaining support continuity.

Cable-route protection

C-Covers for Straight and Fitting Sections

Cover products follow the cable-route geometry and protect cables from weather, debris and external exposure.

Installation components

Joints, Clamps, End Covers and Separators

Accessories complete the installation, allow alignment adjustment and secure the cable-support system.
