COMPOSITES VALVE
Thai Composites provides high-performance composite valves manufactured from Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE), designed for corrosion resistance, lightweight performance, and long service life in industrial systems.
Composite materials provide excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term durability in aggressive environments.
The lightweight composite disc reduces head loss and improves flow efficiency, while the overall lightweight construction allows for easier handling and installation, especially for large-size valves.
A high-quality synthetic rubber seal ring ensures tight and reliable sealing performance.
The unique inclined seat design helps minimize debris accumulation on the valve seat, enhancing operational reliability.
Screens and fasteners are supplied in AISI 304 stainless steel as standard, with SUS316 available upon request for enhanced corrosion resistance.
